Graduation and Senior Portraits

As I look out the window and see snow, snow and SNOW....it is hard to believe that the class of 2019 is about to graduate. With that comes the next group of would be seniors and that means it will be time to shoot some photos! I love to shoot senior portraits! I like that I can get creative. I am always on the lookout for great picture spots. Always looking for that amazing backdrop! It is a wonder that I haven't crashed my car when driving, as I am always checking out what's around me!

Some of my favorites are wild flowers, paths and roads as well as bridges. I can not pass up a chance to shoot some pics on a good bridge! But living in Northern Minnesota, a good lake or pond is also such a pretty background. I love the colors that summer brings, the greens and blues, but also the beauty of the yellows and whites often found in the wildflower patches. Especially Daisies....I love, love, love, pictures in the daisies!

But, we cannot leave out the sunflowers! Another great opportunity for an amazing portrait. And of course, having a spunky subject is also helpful!

So, with all of that, I just want to say...hurry Spring! I am ready to get my camera out and get shooting in warm weather again!
