Michelle + Jeff

As I get ready to send this gallery off, I reflect on the day. This couple could not have asked for a more perfect Minnesota September day to say, "I do!" The sun came out to warm things up just enough. The colors had started to turn to give just a hint of Fall in portrait backgrounds.

I started with some getting ready pictures, along with details. Hanging the wedding dress in a tree that was vibrant with autumn leaves turned out to be a beautiful backdrop for the equally beautiful dress. The rings were displayed in a piece of wood cut from a small log with engravings made by Michelle's dad. It is the simple things that make the details special.

Portraits with these two were fun and interesting! I love how Michelle's happiness showed through with her laughter and her smile! I was warned that Jeff did not smile in pictures, yet even he had some smiles sneak through! One thing he does do, is make Michelle laugh! That is so fun to see. Either way, it is easy to see the love they have for each other. They had a beautiful and meaningful ceremony. Many guests came to help them celebrate their special day. I wish these two the best as they start the rest of their lives together as husband and wife!
