What to wear for Senior Portraits

It is that time of year for the upcoming seniors to start thinking about their senior pictures. And with that comes the question of what to wear. This can be somewhat nerve wracking because we all want our senior portraits to look great, right? So, hear is my advice. I like to capture pictures that look like you! That means, when you are trying to decide what to wear, you should choose clothing that fits your personality- clothing you are comfortable wearing! Your outfit choices should fit your style. If you are happy in your outfit choices, you will be able to act more natural when the pictures are being taken. I always think it a good idea to choose at least one dressier outfit and one or more casual outfits. I also suggest that you choose outfits that do not look too busy. Choose solid colors or simple patterns. If you have special interests or hobbies, you can bring a prop to highlight that part of you. Your senior pictures are meant to be fun and they are meant to capture you during a special time of your life- your senior year!
